HexCompare is a "Hex Compare" utility /
"Hex Editor" to compare/edit any file
(binary file, such as EXE/DLL, image file or text file) with hexadecimal values.
Compares two files side-by-side with the difference being highlighted.
Jumps to the point where hex contents are different.
Provides the search either by Hex string or by ASCII
(with case-insensitive option).
Allows any standard editing operations, such as,
insert / overtype / cut / paste, highlighting selection, etc.
Provides a utility which converts a normal string to Unicode Hex string
(either in UTF16 aka UCS2LE, UCS2BE or in UTF8) or vice versa.
